Greetings and welcome to Gauchos Village Churrascaria and Carnaval Bar!
This is the place where you'll find a little bit of Brazil in the City of Glendale. As owner (Kevin Aksacki) and manager (Sergio Seibert), we have brought with us a little slice of home and in the process, offered the public an assortment of traditional Brazilian recipes.
Included in our fantastic menu, are hot and cold dishes and salads which includes pasta, fried yucca, bread, rice, potatoes, fried bananas as well as poultry, pork, beef and our new assortment of a la carte seafood dishes as well as the all-time favorite Churrasco.
It's here that you'll also be treated nonstop with the "All You Can Eat Authentic Brazilian Buffet." On top of this, you'll be serviced by our Gauchos who will present skewers of meat especially prepared on a hard charcoal grill called a "churrasqueira."
