The menu is as energetic as the atmosphere. Starters include guacamole, quesadillas and nachos. And the dinner menu focuses on traditional favorites; combinations, specialties, fish, meat, and chicken dishes. Some of the standouts are Sonorense: poached chicken sautéed with bacon, onions, fresh bell peppers, tomatoes, black olives & topped with fresh cilantro sprigs. And a must try, El Conquistador: Top sirloin steak cooked & simmered in onions, tomatoes, peppers & steak cut potatoes. Not to mention the carne Colorado and the chile verde. All are served with scrumptious rice and beans.
